Regular preventive maintenance for wind turbines
1. Daily inspection
(1) Appearance and environmental inspection: tower, nacelle/hub, blades, surrounding environment;
(2) Electrical and control status inspection: control cabinet, cable, monitoring system;
(3) Safety facility inspection: ladders/platforms, fire-fighting equipment;
2. Regular inspection
(1) Transmission system: main shaft and bearing, gearbox, coupling, generator;
(2) Electrical system: converter, box-type transformer, cable and connector, lightning protection system;
(3) Control system: main control PLC, sensor, pitch system, yaw system;
(4) Hydraulic system: hydraulic station;
(5) Blade system: blade body, blade tip mechanism;
3. Seasonal maintenance
(1) Summer: Focus on cleaning the radiators of various systems (gearbox, generator, converter), check the efficiency of the cooling system, and prevent high-temperature shutdowns;
(2) Winter: Check the viscosity of hydraulic oil/gear oil (replace with low viscosity oil at low temperatures), clear the snow and ice on the tower ladder/platform to prevent safety accidents;
(3) Typhoon/thunderstorm season: Reinforce the tower foundation, inspect the lightning protection system, and feather the blades to 90° to shut down and take shelter from the wind.
4. Life extension maintenance
For old units that have been in operation for more than 10 years, carry out "health assessment + life extension renovation", such as:
(1) Detect fatigue damage of the tower frame and carry out structural reinforcement;
(2) Replace the aging control system (upgrade PLC and sensors) to enhance the level of intelligence;
(3) Apply anti-corrosion and anti-icing coatings on the blade surface to reduce operation and maintenance costs.
365-day on-site emergency response/repair/defect elimination technical services for non-preventive failures
When an alarm or shutdown occurs in a wind turbine, it is necessary to conduct targeted troubleshooting and repair. Common faults and maintenance content are as follows:

Special maintenance/replacement of large components
▶ blade
1) Blade repair and maintenance
2) Supporting maintenance equipment for various models
3) Blade design, production, and manufacturing
4) Technical transformation of blades
▶ gearbox
1) Inspection/maintenance on the tower
2) Replacement under the tower
1) Inspection/maintenance on the tower
2) Replacement under the tower
3) Remanufacturing of various models of generators
▶ spindle
1) Inspection/maintenance on the tower
2) Replacement under the tower
3) Design, production, and manufacturing of multiple models of spindles
