Replacement and repair business
Applicable scenarios: Situations where the core components of the generator are severely damaged (such as rotor shaft fracture, stator core burnout, bearing seizure), there are no maintenance conditions on the tower, or the maintenance cost is close to the value of a new device
Service Process
Fault identification: The on-site engineer disassembled and inspected the generator, confirming that it could not be repaired on the tower
Replacement and docking: Immediately deploy a standby generator (or negotiate a new unit) to complete the lifting and replacement, and quickly restore the operation of the wind turbine
Return to factory for repair: transport the faulty generator to a professional for restoration and delivery. The repaired and qualified generator can be sent back to the customer as a standby unit, or negotiated for a discounted price for recycling
Core Advantages: Minimizing downtime losses in wind farms, with a professional workshop equipped with high-precision inspection and repair capabilities, ensuring that the performance of the repaired unit is close to that of a new one. The workshop conducts full disassembly inspection, component repair/replacement, and complete machine testing
