The mating surface between the bearing seat and the main shaft is severely damaged

Fault confirmation: Through on-site flaw detection and dimensional measurement, it is determined that the main shaft has no repair value on the tower

Quick replacement: Equip a spare main shaft for lifting and replacement, coordinate with gearbox and blade debugging, and restore wind turbine operation in as fast as 3 days

Return-to-factory repair: The faulty spindle is transported to a professional workshop for in-depth repairs such as straightening, welding, and heat treatment, or for replacement of core components

Delivery and acceptance: After undergoing dynamic balance testing and fatigue strength verification, the repaired spindle is sent back to the customer as a spare part once it passes the inspection
