For local faults in gearboxes, it is not necessary to disassemble the gearbox, specifically including:

Wear of bearings and excessive clearance on medium-speed/high-speed shafts

Oil leakage, aging, and failure of shaft sealing components

Gearbox oil contamination, minor fault in cooling system

The elastic element of the coupling is damaged

Service Process

Remote diagnosis: Analyze vibration data and oil temperature curves through the SCADA system to preliminarily locate the faulty part

On-site operation: The engineer arrives at the wind farm with specialized hydraulic tools and bearing pullers, and completes operations such as replacing shafting components and repairing seals in the engine room

Test and acceptance: After replacement, conduct a no-load operation test to measure vibration values and oil temperature changes, and confirm that the fault has been eliminated

Operation and maintenance guidance: issue maintenance reports, provide regular inspection of gearboxes, and offer oil maintenance suggestions

Core advantages: No need to lift the gearbox, significantly reducing downtime (usually completed within 48 hours), saving lifting and transportation costs, suitable for handling small batch failures in wind farms
